Some applicants faced technical difficulties during July 27th, 2021 Bar exams. To minimize the possibility of these challenges for July 28th, please follow these steps:
- Begin your day with a full restart of your computer.
- Additionally, restart your device before every session of the exam. This will help free up your device’s memory, minimizing the possibility of a crash or freeze.
- If your device freezes and shows a black screen, restart your device immediately without exiting your exam. Your time will pause while you restart and you will be able to resume your exam where you left off.
If you do not restart immediately, your exam will require a resume code, which can only be provided by an ExamSoft Support specialist.
DO NOT EXIT YOUR EXAM. If you do, you will submit a partial version of your exam.
Additionally, the amount of time that the July 27th exam sessions are available has been extended. Doing this will help ensure that you are able to complete exams despite any delay caused by technical challenges.
